Klasse), die ihr Projekt auf der vor Kurzem stattgefundenen BT Young Scientist-Ausstellung pr\u00e4sentierten und den 2. Platz in der Junior-Kategorie f\u00fcr Mathematik, Physik und Chemie belegten. Gratulation an die Sch\u00fcler und ihre Lehrerin Mme Tirel.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eJeden Freitag um 14:30 Uhr zeichnet unser Seismometer ein eigenartiges seismisches Signal auf, das auch auf anderen Seismometern in Dublin aufgezeichnet wird. Mit Hilfe des Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies (DIAS) untersuchten Roan Batard, Ethan McQuaid und Marilou Gerbelot-Barillon aus der 8. Klasse die Aufnahmen. Sie konnten die Entfernung berechnen, aus der das Signal kommt. Nach Analyse der Karte gelangten sie schlie\u00dflich zu dem Schluss, dass dieses Signal von einem Steinbruch in Belgard bei Tallaght stammt.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>C.
