Today, we welcomed back Chris from Precious Plastic for a hands-on Plastic Recycling Workshop with our Green School Committee. The children had the opportunity to transform recycled plastic bottle caps into fun and functional items like spinning top toys and flower pots. A big thank you to Chris for this fantastic workshop. Everyone enjoyed learning about the plastic recycling process and how to turn it into new wonderful products.
As part of our Green Schools’ initiatives, we also handed over our collection of bottle tops that our entire school community has been gathering throughout the year. These will now be given a new life as Chris and the Precious Plastic team recycle them into new items.
