As part of our ongoing exchange programme with the Liebfrauenschule in Cologne, a group of 8th Class students spent an unforgettable week in Cologne, where students stayed with host families and experienced school life at the Liebfrauenschule.
The trip was also packed with exciting activities allowing students to explore the cities of Cologne and Bonn. Activities included a visit to the stunning Cologne Cathedral, a city rally exploring the local sights, and a tour of Beethoven’s Birthplace and House in Bonn. Students also visited the iconic Haribo Shop for some delicious treats and enjoyed a thrilling day at Phantasialand Park.
We extend our sincere thanks to the host families for their warm hospitality, to the Liebfrauenschule for welcoming our students, and to the dedicated teachers who helped organise and accompany the group.
It was truly a week full of memorable moments, cultural exchange, and new friendships. We now look forward to welcoming our German guests during their return visit in September!
