This morning our 7th Class students took part in the Big Dig Archaeological Workshop hosted by the School of Irish Archaeology. Each class was learning about historical artefacts, exploring fascinating insights into Ireland’s ancient past and even trying their hand at excavation themselves. Everyone enjoyed the activities, not letting the rain take away the fun. A big thank you to the School of Irish Archaeology for a fantastic morning and to Ms O’Leary and the History Department for organizing such an exciting experience.
