A team of five students, Edward, Ivanna, Trajan, Michael (Chairperson) and Thibaut (Captain) successfully represented St. Kilian’s in the final of the Concern Online Debate that took place on November 27th, 2025. Debating the motion “Global Commitments to Ending World Hunger Are a Load of Hot Air,” our students took the proposition side and delivered thoughtful arguments in an eloquent and passionate way against their opponents from Beaufort College Navan. Two adjudicators watched the debate and have awarded a unanimous plus win to St. Kilian’s team. The motion was carried. A massive congratulations to the team and thank you to Ms. Rafferty for her guidance and support.
