Our 7th Class students enjoyed an exciting and hands-on morning today at The Big Dig Archaeological Workshop, hosted by the School of Irish Archaeology here at St. Kilian’s German School.
The students explored historical artefacts, discovered fascinating insights into Ireland’s ancient past, following by their very own archaeological excavation activity. It was a fantastic hands-on learning experience, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed learning about archaeoligy.
A huge thank you to Max and Fergal from the School of Irish Archaeology, and to Ms O’Leary from the History Department for organising such a wonderful morning!
