Last Wednesday, 14th of May 2026, we proudly celebrated this year’s Sek I graduates. 12 students successfully completed the six-year Sek I-programme and were awarded their Sek I certificates – Mittlere Schulreife (MSA).
The official ceremony was attended by our guest of honour Mrs Neisinger, the Cultural Attaché at the German Embassy, alongside our Principal, Frau Meier, and Deputy Principal and Sek I Coordinator Herr Koch. We enjoyed a number of heartfelt congratulatory speeches, including wonderful reflections from parents Mrs Richey and Mrs Alvarez, as well as Sek I students, Caoimhe (10C) and Benjamin (10C), who spoke about their experiences in the programme.
As in previous years, many of our graduates were non-native German speakers, and we are especially proud to see receive their certificates, presented by Mrs Neisinger and Mrs Meier. A special mention goes to Malin (10C) who was awarded the Sek I Perpetual Trophy for having achieved the highest results.
A gib thank you to Soča (11A) and our 12th Class music students Stefan, David, Lara, John and Anders, for their fantastic musical contributions during the ceremony, and to all Sek I teachers for their guidance and support throughout the Sek I journey. Well done and congratulations to all Sek I graduates of 2026!
