Over the past few weeks, Class 6b DF (German as a Foreign Language) has been writing its own fairy tales with great imagination and creativity to practise free writing.
First, the students developed their own plot ideas and thought about which characters would appear in their fairy tales. They then wrote detailed character descriptions. Based on these descriptions, AI was used to generate images of the characters. These images were an important part of the project, as they later served as reference images to animate the characters in the films.
In the next step, the students wrote out their fairy tales in full and divided them into individual scenes. These scenes were then turned into short films using AI. Finally, all the clips were combined into complete fairy tale films using SimpleShow.
In this way, the students created their own unique fairy-tale worlds — from the first idea to the writing process and all the way to the finished film.
