St. Kilian’s Green School Commitee took part in Green Schools Ireland Daily Swap Challenge during the week 9-13 March, 2026. Their two targets were (1) Become a Light Detective and save energy by turning off the lights and (2) Beat the Clock and keep showers to 5 minutes or less. After an incredible week of teamwork, awareness-raising, and water- and energy-saving activities, we are thrilled to have achieved amazing results and have been named as one of the schools with the “Most Creative Campaign”. Congratulations Green School Committee and Mrs Bowen, and well done to the many participants for their support!
