We would like to encourage all parents to sign up to the Parents’ section on our website to access school information that is not available on the public website. This includes:

• School Policies
• Teachers’ contact details and photographs
• Leaving Certificate results
• School Improvement Plan
• Self-Evaluation Report

ePortal is a secure and confidential portal through which Parents/Guardians can access their children’s school reports. Parents/Guardians receive their personal access details in October of their 1st year in Secondary School. If you have not received your username and password, please contact the school secretary.

The ePortal website is encrypted and password protected. Apart from appropriate staff at St. Kilian’s German School, only you as a Parent/Guardian have access. If you need any further instructions and guidance on how to use ePortal, please download the instruction guide.

Before every Parent/Teacher Meeting, you will receive an email with a link for the website that the school uses for Parent/Teacher appointments. We would ask all parents to use this facility so that the school can identify which parents will be attending a Parent/Teacher evening and also so parents can know how much time to allocate to the evening. Appointment times are set to 5 or 10 minutes depending on the teacher. Should you require more time or be unable to make an appointment with a certain teacher, appointments can be arranged directly with the teacher in question for an alternative date.

The login information is linked directly to the ePortal database and must therefore be an exact match. If you are having trouble logging in please check your personal information as it is entered in ePortal. If the information entered in e-portal needs to be altered please contact the school secretary.

If you are unable to attend it would be greatly appreciated if you could log in and indicate so via the “unable to attend” option. All appointments open two weeks prior to each parent teacher meeting and close the day of the meeting at 1pm.
